This is the biggie amongst celebrity sex tapes for 2006. Dating back to a tour bus romp in 1999 involving Kid Rock, Scott Stapp and four unidentifed females, this looks set to make it's way onto your screen in the coming months.

The tape was somehow acquired by California company Red Light District, the distributor of the notorious 2004 Paris Hilton sex tape “One Night in Paris” and the company is claiming that they do not need the permission of the two rock stars to release it.

Rock and Stapp are challenging this notion and it looks like the respective legal teams will be mopping this one up and deciding the fate of the tour bus sex tape.
