West Wing Star Rob Lowe landed himself in trouble with the law after a sex tape featuring him and two female fans, one of which was underage at the time, made its way into the public domain back in 1998.

There are also rumors of another Rob Lowe sex tape involving him, another guy and a girl who go it on in some undisclosed hotel room. This is apparently available on the bootleg market and if true would give Rob joint first place on the Celebrity Sex Tape Hal of Shame with two sex tapes equaling Pamela Anderson and Paris Hilton...we'll report back with our findings.

FYI- THE GIRLS ARE UNDERAGE SO THAT MEANS ILLEGAL!!
